  • All exterior doors, decks, stoops, steps, stairs, porches, railings, eaves, soffits and fascia’s, balconies
  • Garages
  • Lots and grounds, driveways and walkways
  • Windows and door flashing, caulking

Foundation & Structure

  • Basement, foundation walls, crawl spaces
  • Structural components
  • Cracks, dampness and water intrusion
  • Wood-destroying insects

Heating & Air conditioning

  • The heating and air conditioning systems, water heater using normal operating controls, and describe the energy source and heating method
  • Visual defects
  • Radiators and heat source
  • Visual venting, chimneys

Plumbing

Water supply service pipe, shutoff valves, interior piping, water pressure, all plumbing fixtures and its condition, faucets, visual drain pipes, drainage, bathrooms, visual leaks

Electrical

Incoming service, meters, service panels and inside wiring, amperage, visual defects, grounding and bounding, testing representative number of switches, lighting fixtures and receptacles, GFCI outlets

Interior

  • Walls, ceilings, flooring, closets for visual defect and damage.
  • Representative number of doors and windows
  • Kitchens, bathrooms, wall and floor tiles
