What qualifications or credentials should a home inspector offer?

Every home inspector must be licensed and insured in your state. Additionally, the inspector may belong to accredited association such as ASHI, NJALPHI, NACHI.

What is included in a standard home inspection?

A home inspection is a visual inspection of readily accessible areas.  Every state has established the guidelines, standards of practice and list of areas to be inspected.

How long will the Inspection take?

Most Inspections take between two hours and above. The timing may vary depending on the size, age & condition of the home.
